How the Water Cycle Works

WATER CYCLE

How does the water cycle work? Well firstly water comes from a tap or river. Then it evaporates and goes up into the clouds. When it reaches the clouds it turns into clouds. After that it turns into a raindrop or hail. It only turns into hail when it is a storm rain. Then it falls down until it lands somewhere.

There are three types of water. They are gas, solid and liquid.

When water evaporates it could be frozen from the clouds and turn into hail.

And once the water cycle starts it never stops. Only in the desert and some places in the Pacific Islands.

Secure Passwords

We Are Learning To create strong passwords and make our Google account secure. Every time you log in to your account make sure no one looks over your shoulder. Don't make your password too easy because people can easily hack into your account. If you log in to your account on another computer always log out of the computer. Always have a different password for each account you have. If someone already knows about you don't put too much about your identity. You could do a line from a song like Jack and Jill went up the hill. You could do only the first letters of the words like J&JwUtH.

We have been learning keyboard shortcuts on our chromebooks. We want to become smart users so we can be Cybersmart digital learners. My top tip is based on a keyboard shortcut that I use because I always make mistakes. So I use this keyboard shortcut.

Dear Mum, Dad and Siblings

We have arrived here at Gallipoli and with our big army ships. I can smell the blood everywhere I turn. I follow my team mates to avoid being shot at. Luckily there are a lot of us so that gives me an advantage of staying alive. Every time a team mate has died it feels like I've lost a person in my family.

Everywhere I look all I see around me is blood and dead bodies. I use the bullets that are dropped to shoot the other team. I stay in the trenchers to hide.  

I am enjoying the soup you sent from home it is better than the food we eat here. I am so happy to be surviving and I am trying to protect my team mates. One of my team mates pushed me out of the way and he got blowed up by a tank. I tried to save him but he said go and survive so I left him behind and he broke his body in half.

I miss you so much son and I can not be more prouder of you. I'm glad your surviving. Please don’t go out into the battle to much. I can’t stop crying but I’ll bet you’ll be fine. If you come home I have a surprise for you. Write a letter back to find out what the surprise is.

Greetings to you all, my name is Jack Daniel. I am Samoan and I am from Ruapotaka School.  We learn lots of exciting things everyday. I'm 10 years old. My teacher's name is Miss Ginders. I'm a year 6 student. My favourite colours are blue, red and green. I love sitting near the beach and looking for crabs. I like to have picnics at the Point England reserve. I would love to visit Hawaii to see all the waka and play at the beach. I like potatoes and chicken with rice and sushi. I like playing kahoot with my class. I love coming to school to learn, create and share my learning.
